What is a Post-Mortem?

A meeting conducted at the end of a project with the purpose of discussing as a team what worked, what could be improved and what should not happen again.

A meeting conducted at the end of a project with the purpose of discussing as a team what worked, what could be improved and what should not happen again.

At the end of any initiative (i.e. creating a product, service or experience; feature or marketing campaign) it is important to take a moment to asses how the initiative went, what worked, what could have gone better and what can't happen again.

It is recommended that each team member gives themselves a grade that ranges from 0-1.

Post-Mortem's are similar to Sprint Retrospectives and are intended to boost performance whilst fostering a culture of impact, open communication and respect.
