How to edit or turn off a subscription grace period in App Store Connect

A step by step guide on changing or turning off the subscription grace period for iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, WatchOS or TVOS using App Store Connect.

Step One: Access the Apps Subscriptions

Navigate to the Subscriptions section for the app in App Store Connect.

Step Two: Edit

Click Edit, next to Billing Grace Period.

Step Three: Make the Changes

Depending on whether you want to turn the grace period off or make a change, follow one of the steps below.

A | Turn Off

Click Turn Off to deactivate the grace period.

This will lead reset your subscription billing period layout to its initial state.

B | Make Edits

Click this confirm button, after making changes, to save the changes to the billing grace period.

Make the changes you wish to make to your billing grace period and click Confirm.

This will lead you back to the subscriptions page reflecting the changes that you made to the grace period.
