Treatment, or Visual Treatment refers to the way that an image is designed or curated to match a look, feel or brand.
Breakpoint (Visual Design)
A breakpoint describes a range of pixels (i.e. 0px - 599px, is breakpoint 0) within the responsive width of a screen.
This is often used to discuss how a layout or component adapts to look within this specified range.

Each component must be named the same way in Figma and in Code and must have a corresponding schema; to ensure we are always talking the same language.
To create assets optimized for the web:
- save images as WebP everywhere except SEO, then used web optimized jpegs.
- save videos as mp4 and optimize them using Handbreak.
A layout is a collection of components which are arranged in an order with associated content to produce a visual.
They come in two flavors: static layouts or dynamic layouts - depending on whether the components can be ordered as you like (dynamic) or not (static).
